He was on time, courteous and professional. He assessed my stove repair, checked prices, and gave me a quote up front. He took off the initial site visit cost of $50. Then He ordered the part, and looked up some other appliance issues free of charge. I can order them any time within the next 30 days for no extra charge. Then, he came back less than a week later and installed the stove part within an hour, though it was not an easy task. I am completely satisfied with his work.
