He was on time, courteous and professional. He assessed my stove repair, checked prices, and gave me a quote up front. He took off the initial site visit cost of $50. Then He ordered the part, and looked up some other appliance issues free of charge. I can order them any time within the next 30 days for no extra charge. Then, he came back less than a week later and installed the stove part within an hour, though it was not an easy task. I am completely satisfied with his work. It took him exactly 15 minutes to repair the problem. And! When my husband called him back in about an hour when he thought the refrigerator still wasn't working, Derek was back within half an hour to check on the problem.
