Keith Sabin started his path in the home design business when he received a scholarship for architectural technology at Coastal Carolina Community College in 1991. After three years, he began working at Hobbs Surveying Company, where he headed the AutoCAD design department for seven years. During this time, he managed to start his own part-time business designing homes and commercial buildings for many of the local builders and developers he had met. It was in 1999 when Keith decided to leave the surveying business and start Sabin's Drafting full time. To this date, he has designed hundreds of homes and buildings, ranging from Fayetteville, North Carolina to Charleston, South Carolina and a villa project in the Bahamas. His vast knowledge and talent has allowed him to be involved with numerous projects, such as designs for Food Lion and Harris Teeter shopping centers, multi-family developments, and total sub-division layouts. From the clients' vision to move in day, Keith’s love for architecture can be seen in each of his unique homes.
