African American Performing Arts and Live Music Concerts, Free Art Exhibits, Weekend Jazz Piano Classes and Artist Workshops in South Dallas TX: South Dallas Cultural Center, the premier performing arts institute of South Dallas operating under the auspices of the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs, invites the public to music and fine arts events in South Dallas. The South Dallas Cultural Center's facility features a 120-seat black box theater; a visual arts gallery; studios for dance; two-dimensional arts; fiber; media arts; printmaking; and photography to serve the DFW Metroplex.
