Captain Mark Yimin has been living in southwest Florida almost his entire life. His family moved here when he was just 14 months old from Pittsburgh PA. Almost since then he has been fishing the area, starting with bass in a pond when he was a child to now living his dream of being a professional fishing guide. Captain Mark is passionate about fishing and you can tell as soon as you step on the boat with him. He takes pride in being a fun family friendly captain willing to take time to teach his clients about the area, tackle selection, and even fishing knots! Up hours before he picks up any clients cast netting fresh bait for the day is where you can find him on any given morning. A belief that this type of dedication is something you must have to succeed as a guide is what drives the long days and nights for him, always striving to provide quality fishing trips for each client is the main goal each time he leaves the dock.
