It includes Eberhardt Village, Inc., a beautiful assisted living facility serving senior adults since 2008, and The Arthur Home, providing skilled and rehabilitation services since 1959. Eberhardt Village is a 34-suite facility consisting of 14 studios, 15 one-bedrooms, 5 two- bedroom apartments. A hospitality suite is also available for out-of-town visitors.
