We are a family friendly martial arts studio that specializes in teaching the technique, philosophy, and disciplines of Tae Kwon Do. Much like Karate, Tae Kwon do is a form of martial arts that teaches self-defense, while also assisting with weight loss goals and overall physical and mental wellness. Owner and instructor Thomas Meehan is a second degree black belt and has many years of experience both competing and instructing. Group classes, one-on-one personal training, and women's self -defense classes are available for all levels of experience. We have classes with and without sparing to accommodate for different goals and comfort levels, and ages 4 and up are welcome!
