Visible Changes was listed twice as one of INC Magazines' fastest growing companies, and in 2006, Visible Changes won Salon Entrepreneur of the Year at the Global Salon Business Awards in Barcelona, Spain. In October, 2015, Visible Changes was named “Best Places to Work” winner from The Houston Business Journal, an award also won in 2012. Visible Changes was named as a "Top Work Place" by the Houston Chronicle for 2014, an honor also won in 2011 and 2013. Our award-winning hair cutting system was created by founder Maryanne McCormack after years of personal study under such hair styling pioneers as Paul Mitchell. At Visible Changes, we require all new staff members to complete our Basic Training Program, whether they are new cosmetology graduates or experienced in the industry.
