I offer a wide range of gluten-free cakes, cookies and sweet breads made fresh from scratch with a variety of rice flours and containing only the finest of ingredients. They are great to enjoy anytime by yourself or with friends and family. Delicious Gluten-Free Cookies, Cakes & Sweet Breads At Sweetopia™ in Greenville, Delaware, you’ll find a variety of fresh, homemade gluten-free cakes, cookies and sweetbreads made only with the very best ingredients and contain no preservatives or faux flavorings. Many of my cakes come with a complimentary and complimenting all natural drizzle or cream that kicks the taste up a notch on the palate but never overpowering it. Clearly, the undressed cake is equally as good and the natural flavor of the cake shines through on its own. I sometimes use a dash or two of confectionary sugar on my slice of cake – nothing better for breakfast in my household than cake or cookies served in bed each morning with coffee. Well, whatever your pleasure to indulge with a drizzle or not, you’ll not find my products heavy laden with frostings. I find the majority of frostings to be heavy in taste and dominant over the taste and delicate texture of the cake. Speaking for myself, I don't need all that extra shortening around my waistline, albeit sweetened shortening. It weighs me down in more ways than one. So my gluten-free fresh and natural cakes, cookies and sweet breads are most capably able to stand on their own, pleasing the palate and tummy without having to be fully dressed or disguised in heavy icings. Lastly, I'm not going to try and wow you with many colorful pictures of my products as that would be difficult to do with an undressed natural baked sweet, even with the best of camera technology we have these days. Nor, is it my focus. What I will wow you with is the exceptional quality, texture, taste of my natural, fresh from the oven (never frozen beforehand), gluten free sweet that exemplifies Sweetopia's™ core focus and bedrock principle for garnering the trust of the satisfied customer and keeping them coming back to Sweetopia™. Garbage pail cookies feature all kinds of delicious flavors mixed together with a wonderful twice baked gluten-free shortbread crust. All of my gluten-free cookies are great for breakfast, afternoon teatime, or anytime of the day. They go down smooth and easy with a great cupa tea or coffee. Sweet Breads I also offer a gluten-free dutch apple sweet bread that is polka-dotted with plump raisins throughout.
