Our kitchen is open daily until 1 am. Bayer's Tavern is in a neighborhood spot and run by local neighborhood people. We have been remodeling and renovating for quite a while. We have made a million changes and of course will continue to make some more. We did recently hire a very experience cook & bartender to handle the breakfast crowd due to the ongoing demand of our customers to please start serving breakfast at 7 am
