In 2003, after spending nearly 20 years in media and software development, Jeff Cretcher left high tech to pursue his other passion – building. 12 years later, what started as a dramatic career change has become a thriving business that continues to grow year after year. Jeff finds many similarities between his current and former careers – both are highly creative, demand clear communication and benefit greatly from proven project management skills. Jeff also likes people and the collaborative nature of the remodeling process – working directly with the customers on projects that are very personal to them. Having spent many years in a professional environment himself, helps Jeff relate to what is important to his customers and to guide them through an unfamiliar process. Likewise, the Nueva staff and subcontractors are all the best at what they do and understand the intensely personal nature and responsibility of working directly with customers on projects. We take pride in our work – it is second to none – and we take the same pride in our ability to work with our customers. Jeff is trained and certified in green building technique.
