Having heard the name Bob Daubney associated with bowling supplies all my life, I recently purchased a ball, bag and shoes from him expecting nothing less than a professionally drilled, properly fitted ball. I endured his berating when I asked for a fingertip grip with inserts. I endured him constantly cutting me off to tell me that HE was the professional.
