These guys are either inept or rip off artists. They told me that I needed a $560 repair. I took it to a rebuilt shop to do the work for less...and I didn't need the repair at all. Total cost to get me going (with a new battery, that they were overcharging me for) was about $100. Be careful -- make some calls around if it's a serious repair. Or just take it to a more reputable/qualified shop to begin with. I saved $460.
