Took my auto to Johns on a Tues. morning...was told that morning that it would take approx. 5 hours to complete...heard nothing from them on Tues...called on Wed. and was told that they had just started on it late in the afternoon and it would be completed on Thur..called late Thur. and was told it was taking a lot longer than was planned and it would be done on Friday..it's Friday and I still don't have a car...all this to replace a manifold gasket and add antifreeze..NEVER AGAIN...
