Awful rip-off. They require a credit card number to "reserve" a time slot. But after the massage, I paid with a Massage Envy gift card which covered the entire cost of the massage. Of course, when my credit card bill came, I had been charged for the massage. I called them and they admitted their mistake, but refused to refund!! I have gone in with the credit card bill, tried to contact managers above the idiot one in the store and gotten no where. So now what? Consumer protection in Richmond I suppose.
