Three words, MY MY MY. My only disappointment is that it took me 5yrs to find Uncle John's Bar-B-Que. Now that I have found John's Bar-B-Que I have moved to Melrose Park, IL; However I will be travelling back to Richton Park for John's ribs. The ribs are fantastic. They are meaty, tender and flavorful. I order the ribs with mixed b-b-que sauce. The service is pleasant and I feel very welcomed. If you want great ribs this the place.
