Do not use this company! They don't even deserve one star. I had a horrible experience with them. Our door would not open completely. They convinced us that we needed a costly repair including replacing all the springs and wheels. It worked for a few days and stopped. They came out and tweaked the garage door opener. If that's all it took to fix it, I questioned if the first repair was even needed. The door worked for a few days and stopped. I scheduled an appointment for from 2 -4 pm, and was not called until 4:35 to let me know he would be there in half an hou
