I've been a client of Dr. Castro's for a few years now, and he's always provided great care and attention to my many animals, even in emergencies...It sounds like that other little person who reviewed him simply would'nt be happy with anything, or the problems were preexisting, or is just one of those ultra-crazy pet owners!!!...Kinda like when people take their car to a mechanic and claim that they've broken other things. He's been nothing but professional and friendly, and my animals get lot less stressed than taking them to a brick and mortar
