My good friend used to work there and would tell numerous horror stories about Dr. Hodge. The smell of the place when customers walk in is like a kennel left unattended, strong cat urine that burns the eyes. My friend stated, "Dr. Hodge does not give us time to sanitize the hospital because she does not think it's a priority. Last month, 4 cats came back after surgery w/ respiratory infections and the customers had to pay for that treatment as well.
