Most doctors case loads are full the one doctor I was given had the worst bed side manor, very inappropriate. If you get frustrated with the office staff , Tracy. They will send you a certified letter telling you they know they have problems but its your fault you got frustrated. They really need a new office manager as Judith is most of the problems. If you get frustrated with her even though they called in the wrong prescription to the pharmacy she will ban you from Valley Medical Clinics. Without finding out what happened and when questioned Valley response I got
