They told my wife that struts needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,500 - I took truck different shop they told us nothing was wrong with struts (no charge) and have had no problems with vehicle. Purchased snow tire chains due to ice storm ($100), one broke the next day and they refused to replace because I told them I was traveling at 38 mph and the chains are rated for 35 mph and that they were to be used for emergencies only and that I should take them on and off between ice packs!!
