They did not get our wedding pictures to us until after seven months of hell! We had to contact the BBB and the Attorney General's office before they finally sent us what we paid for. Before that, they would not answer our phone calls, would not respond to email and would not return any of our calls. When they did answer (because we'd call from a number they didn't recognize) they always had some story. They would tell us their hard drive crashed, and they couldn't get it fixed locally, so they sent it out to NY... or NJ.... depending on which lie they
