I rented this apartment for 2 years on the 3rd floor with a view of the pool. I was pretty happy there but you can't even sneeze without someone next door hearing it. My main beef with then was that when I got married my wife at the time moved in her cat. My lease said I didn't have a cat but it didn't say I couldn't have a pet. Other people in the building have pets even dogs. The manager told me if I got a pet I may have to put down more of a deposit I course said I didn’t have a pet.
