I would not recommend this apt. at all. It is very badly managed, and you'll soon find out why. They should upgrade the materials for the rooms as everything is made of very cheap, low-qualitied materials. Things are old and easily breakable, so be aware. If it breaks, and it's not your fault but due to the cheap qualitied materials, you're mostly likely pay for the replacements. Sucks to the max. NOT recommended. A total nightmarish place.
