0 STARS ***WARNING** NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!*** So much worse than arrogant - they are cheats and liars I told the driver that they sent my service was ready cover i paid by phone ... he said okay but when he arrived to my mechanic they ask for $50.00 more i found out when i go and get my car i called my emergency services n they said they ready paid for my services ... I spoke with the manager n he told me he never received my payment by phone so now I am sure that Balcaceres Bros's Towing Inc has ripped off a lot of people. 0 STARS
