On 12/8/2013 my daughter unfortunately got in a car accident and Vernol's Towing came and got the car and put it in there impound lot. When my husband asked them to tow it to a triple AAA approved body shop. The nightmare began we drove up from San Diego on 12/9/2013 and got there around 2PM to get our car Vernola's wanted to charge us 245.00 for 1 night CRAZY!!!!! there price list for 1 night is 47.50. It took them 3HRS for us to get our car. We complained enough so they only charged us the 47.50. The staff at Vernol's Towing are incompetent people and RUDE
