Very Poor Customer Service! My car broke down while I was driving home from work. I called my insurance company and they notified Echo Auto Towing Inc. were I was located. My insurance said that it would be about an hour till they arrived, so I just sat in my car and waited. Well after 30 mins after their ETA time, I called Echo Auto Towing with the number that my insurance company had text me. Well I was informed that the service was cancelled, but the worst part is that they did not let anybody know, not my self or my insurance company. I am amazed at
