READ THIS FIRST , YOU MIGHT FIND THIS HELPFUL. THE OWNER VALITINE SALAZAR IS A VERY TALENTED PERSON AND KNOWS HIS CRAFT WELL. THE PROBLEM IS HE DOES NOT FINISH NOR VERY GOOD AT RETURNING CALLS. THE JOB TO REMODEL A BATHROOM THAT WAS TO TAKE A WEEK. WE ARE NOW IN WEEK FOUR AND IT STILL IS NOT FINISHED OR EVEN NEARLY FINISHED. HE TELLS YOU HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AND DOES NOT SHOW UP AT ALL. HE HAS NO PROBLEM TELLING YOU TO PAY HIM IN ADVANCE, BUT DOES NOT BRING SUPPLIES NOR EVEN WORK A FULL DAY AND OF COURSE NO WEEKENDS. i DONT KNOW IF HE WILL EVER FINISH!%2
