Bought a SUV from them and air conditioner did not work. Owner said they would check it out and fix it befor I picked it up. Got Suv and air seemed to work next morning it did not work. I called them immediatly and they said owner would call me back. I have been leaving messages for over a month with no call back yet. I took it to my mechanic and he said the compressor was bad and leaked all the freon out.
