Concerning the body shop: I got an initial call saying what they were fixing. I never heard from them again so finally I call them and they said it has been ready for days. I go there and find out they did all kinds of changes without asking. I notice right off a part is damaged but they assure me it isn't plus its the wrong color with the original being clear and the new one yellow. There are 4 other issues that have to be fixed also. I complain to the insurance company and they agree to fix it and 4 other problems. One of the problems is they broke a piece of plastic
