I would avoid using Art-Tec Construction for any project because they do not communicate with home owners or their subcontractors. They will promise the moon until the contract is signed. Their organization is non-existent and they will not follow through with the contract requirements unless poked and prodded the entire way. They will try to increase the price by adding items already covered by the agreement or by changing the materials to a higher price. Do yourself a favor, avoid using this company at all costs. It's been two weeks and the job is still not complete %
