I recently attended a real estate auction conducted by Mark Younger, Younger Auction Company in Maryville MO. I was there to review the auction company as I am currently seeking an auction company for a commerical interest of mine. I would consider the overall presentation of the property up for auction to have been less than adequate. Mr. Younger appeared to be very nervous and unprepared. His female assistant was also completely unprofessional (in attitude and appearance) and rude. This would hardly be the team I would hire for my own personal propert
