Okay, so it's not a fancy sit-down restaurant in Washington D.C. or San Francisco (home of the best Chinese restaurants in the country). It does serve hot, fresh, well-prepared Chinese food for American tastes and is a welcome addition to the array of tired, tepid, buffet food that claims to be Chinese. A few kinks at first, I acknowledge (check your order carefully) but definitely worth trying for good, hot, Chinese.
