We are a brand new outpatient physical therapy facility located in Wellington about 2 miles south of the Wellington Mall. We do N.O.T. take the following insurance plans: Medicaid, Coventry, Vista, N.H.P (Neighborhood Health Plan). Sorry, we do N.O.T. offer pediatric therapy for children under 6 years old at this location. We do not provide occupational therapy nor do we have a certified hand therapist. We do not offer home health at this location. Our highly respected clinical team provides preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote well-being. We develop individualized treatment plans to help achieve each patient's specific goals. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is demonstrated by our high-quality clinical care, positive interaction with patients, complete and timely communication to physicians and case managers, patient education programs, convenient locations and prompt appointment availability. We take most insurances, however do not accept Medicaid at this time. We offer the following programs and services: Aftercare Fitness Program, Injury Prevention, Training, Job Demands Analysis, Office Workstation Evaluation, Physical Therapy, PrePlacement/Post Offer Screens, Return-to-Work Program, Sports Medicine, Work Conditioning, Work Risk Analysis. We do not accept the following insurances: Medicaid, Coventry, N H P Unfortunately, we do not offer aquatic/pool therapy or home health services.
