Hand & Physical Therapy For the past 15 years at Comprehensive Hand and Physical Therapy, the patient has been our number one priority. Our licensed therapists provide individualized treatment with hands-on, compassionate care. We do not rush our patients or our clinicians. Rather, we perform comprehensive evaluations and encourage patient input for treatment planning and goal setting. Our personalized approach ensures the patient works with a licensed physical or occupational therapist on every visit to secure the best outcome for our patients. Our philosophy has been to provide the highest quality therapy through personalized care and education. Our therapists are all Bachelor, Master or Doctorate level clinicians with Certified Hand Therapists on staff and we offer a specialization in hand therapy at each of our three facilities. Our hand therapists provide treatment for open wound care and fabricate custom splints, individualized to meet the specific needs of every patient. In addition to traditional outpatient physical therapy services we offer vestibular rehabilitation at each of our facilities provided by therapists who have completed vestibular certification programs. Our highly trained, licensed therapists treat every patient as if he or she is a family member or personal friend. We are a brand new outpatient physical therapy facility located in Wellington about 2 miles south of the Wellington Mall. We do N.O.T. take the following insurance plans: Medicaid, Coventry, Vista, N.H.P (Neighborhood Health Plan). Sorry, we do N.O.T. offer pediatric therapy for children under 6 years old at this location. We do not provide occupational therapy nor do we have a certified hand therapist. We do not offer home health at this location. Our highly respected clinical team provides preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote well-being. We develop individualized treatment plans to help achieve each patient's specific goals. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is demonstrated by our high-quality clinical care, positive interaction with patients, complete and timely communication to physicians and case managers, patient education programs, convenient locations and prompt appointment availability. We take most insurances, however do not accept Medicaid at this time. We offer the following programs and services: Aftercare Fitness Program, Injury Prevention, Training, Job Demands Analysis, Office Workstation Evaluation, Physical Therapy, PrePlacement/Post Offer Screens, Return-to-Work Program, Sports Medicine, Work Conditioning, Work Risk Analysis.
