We moved into the area 2 months ago, and the people seemed nice. They did an OK job. But over the past 3 weeks, we have been sent home with approximately 6 of someone else's shirts and then they lost a portion of our clothes. When I went back, they found the clothes on the rack. When I ask how we can prevent further issues like this, the woman told me it was my fault and I should have checked everything myself. I don't know how you are, but we usually drop off a pile of clothes and expect the cleaners to be responsible to return them to us. I don't fell
