I brought my Gap sweater to Snappy Cleaners to be cleaned. When I picked it up there were pilly fuzzies all over it and the color was faded. This sweater had never been washed before. It now looks 2 years old. I called to tell the cleaner what had happened. They asked me to bring it back to show them. When I did, the male owner greeted me at the door by yelling that I had no right to accuse him of ruining my sweater. I tried to talk to him but he kept yelling "I don't give a damn!" Wow, can't say I have ever been treated that way by a service business. I DO NO
