Live in Ridgecrest and drove to Bakersfield AMTRAK to pick up the train to visit family in the Bay Area. Upon returning, I started the car and heard the distinct sound of an exhaust manifold leak... My life-partner is on a wheel chair, so when I heard muffled engine explosions through the hood, I knew the car would not make it over the mountains to Ridgecrest where I could take it to Sierra Truck and Auto to have it repaired...
