The shop started servicing my truck in July 2010 to have my transmission rebuilt. We mostly dealt with Ceasar throughout the whole ordeal and he is the one I hold responsible in our situation. The first red flag was when he asked for money upfront to purchase parts he needed for transmission. Second red flag was he told my husband he found other things wrong with our truck and also needed money to purchase a part for that. While our truck was in the shop it was scratched and Ceasar said he would take care of it, which he had the area buffed but can still slightly see it.
