I am being stalked and harassed by Carter Merz while he is working at Columbia scooters. He is stalking and harassing me with hundreds of unwanted profane and vulgar sexually explicit emails and refuses to cease and desist. He has been doing this for months. What I want to know is who is the owner of this mismanaged business whom is paying someone to incessantly harass me? I have gotten 26 harrasment emails from this stalker in the last two months.
