Well, it's January '09 and I'm out of cash. My car is costing me way too much in insurance and gas so I am looking for an alternative. Because I need something reliable, Chinese scooters are out. So I went to go see the three shops in Portland that offer products other than the Chinese stuff: Vespa Portland, Columbia Scooters and Scooterstation.
