I have been training at Bobby Lawrence Karate with Mr. Ruano since I was 9 years old (I’m 29 now) and the instruction I’ve received has had a profound impact on my life both mentally and physically. When I started training in the martial arts I was shy, lacked confidence, and was one of those kids that “ran around crazy” and was “all over the place”.
