Master Ron Overman is head instructor and is a 7th degree Tae Kwon Do black belt. Ron also draws experience from not only 35 years of Tae Kwon Do, but has a background in boxing, wrestling and cross training in oriental grappling arts, such as Hapkido and Judo. Ron’s original masters are both 9th degree Grand Masters. West Valley Tae Kwon Do's main focus is on personal self-development, physical fitness and self-defense. We work with beginners teaching them basic martial arts protection and/or also advanced hand to hand and foot combat.
