From Day 1, the apartment was a mess and agency was not prepared for my move-in. Service work throughout my tenancy was far below par. Management company was not-responsive to my maintenance requests. The small amount of maintenance work that was addressed was low quality and shotty. Company agressively charges tenants in matters that should be considered normal upkeep. My advice -keep a record of all problems and take photos.
