One star is generous. The real estate agent took my application fee while telling me that he would check my credit and references first thing in the morning. A week later, not having heard back, I called to find out that there was a 2nd person that had been given "priority" over my application, and that the 70$ fee (for myself and my wife) was going to be charged anyways. The clear deceptive practices of Demers Real Estate is mind blowing. If anyone is debating working with this group I would highly advise against it.
