These apartments have been up since the 60's and they are infested with roaches. Corporate now wants to start taking over becasue they are afraid they will soon be closed down. They now want to try and make adults be in the house at 9pm. Children under the age of 18 I can understand, but how can you tell a adult they have to be in the house at 9pm? If you are a convicted felon you can't get an apartment. So where are these people suppose to stay? Mostly everybody has someone living with them becasue that individual has no where else to stay.
