We lived at Turtle Lake for 18 months. We had numerous "issues" while there and most were taken care of - not necessarily without a couple of requests though. HOWEVER, the mold is horrible and their solution to the mold was to put something on a rag and wipe it off. No attempt to find THE SOURCE of the mold and stop it. (the whole wall from top floor to fireplace was leaked onto which is what caused the mold!) The floor was rotted in the master bedroom. We asked about it for 3 months and then the last time I mentioned it, the apt manager YELLED from her office "They will ha
