Review
Took car in for basic AC charge. Firestone shift manager and there so called certified ASE mechanic Came back with Belt tensioner was busted along with an AC Condensor leak. None of these were true. Had belt checked out by trustworthy mechanic and tensioner was in fine working order. Freon was purged and refilled and it charged and held charge perfectly. Not only did they make a bogus diagnois they proceeded to break the window wiper solution hose inside the hood of my car. I'm sure not all firestone outlets are this pathetic but I would stay far and clear from this pat
