The firestone mechanics in Garland are nothing but glorified Jiffylube newbies. My 23yr old daughter went their for a simple oil change that has truned into a nightmare. They over filled her her oil so much that it blew her valve cover and oil pan gaskets. When my daughter went back to tell them what they did wrong they tried to weasle out of their blunder by saying that the oil they use now is a very thin synthetic oil that is much thinner than the old oil she had....duhhhhh..what.. kind of imbaciles work there? So now a 20 dollar oil change is now over 700 dollars. We o
