Review
UT student, just moved in last month with my wife. The holding corporation didn't pay the gas bill for the "included hot water with rent"... even though we pay our gas for the stove and heat. Gas for water heater was turned off yesterday, we were FINALLY told today that we won't have ANY hot water until FIVE DAYS from now!!! totally unacceptable. Maintenance guy told us this is not the first time by any means, four more building were just shut off today (of of 70 total). My wife and I are pissed, needless to say. Rental office is throwing the blame at the gas company
